We start with the goal. Acquisition target, asset repositioning, or buildable program. We define the win before we draw a line on paper.

Plan

Design coordination, feasibility, and budget development. We pressure-test the plan against schedule, cost, and code before a shovel hits the ground.

Execution led by Mares Projects, with trades managed in-house. Weekly reporting, fixed lines of communication, and quality control owned by the principals.

Deliver

Final walk, punch list, and warranty handoff. We hand over a building that performs and a relationship that continues after the keys change hands.
